This is my favorite pie. It comes from Holland. The combination of cinnamon and walnuts give a very good taste.
Ingredients:
- 200 g of sour cream
- 2 teaspoon of backing powder
- 200 g of soft butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 400 g of flour
Feeling:
- 200 g of chopped walnuts
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoon of soft butter
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation:
- Mix the sour cream with the backing powder.
- Beat up the soft butter with the sugar. Add the eggs, the sour cream and vanilla and mix it.
- Add the flour, mix it good.
- Mix all ingredients for the filling: 100 g of sugar, 2 tablespoon of soft butter and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Put the half of the dough in the pan and pour a half of the filling on it. Then put the second part of the dough on it and the rest of the filling on the top.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the pie 40-45 mins. check it with a stick (it has to be dry).
